What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
This page is a working draft. It must be reviewed against RodinK's actual data handling and by a qualified adviser before the site goes live.
When you send a quote request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, the service and quantity you are asking about, and whatever you write in the job details field. If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence.
When you place an order we also hold the artwork files you upload, your billing and shipping address, and a record of the order itself.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to complete your order — for example passing a delivery address to a shipping carrier, or card details to a payment processor.
Artwork you send us is used to produce your order. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media. If you do not want your job shown publicly, tell us when you place the order and we will keep it out.
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the site.
Order records are retained for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting purposes. Quote requests that do not become orders are kept only as long as they are useful, and are deleted on request.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@rodinkprinting.com and we will respond.
