DTF printing is a process where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto fabric using heat. It allows for vibrant, full-colour prints with fine details and is suitable for a wide range of fabrics.
You will need a heat press or a household iron. For 100% cotton, we recommend pressing at 320°F for 12–15 seconds. For polyester or blends, use a lower temperature of 275°F for 10–12 seconds. Ensure you apply consistent pressure. Detailed application instructions are provided with each order.
Use high-resolution images and avoid low-contrast designs. If possible, size your design exactly as ordered in a design software. Our team also reviews each submission for print readiness.
Our pricing model for DTF transfers is straightforward and transparent. We determine the cost based on the amount of space your design occupies on our sheets. This calculation is independent of the number of colours or the complexity of the design.
No. Pricing is based on area, not design details. There are no price adjustments for colours or shapes — the price of your design is solely determined by the amount of space it occupies on the sheet.
Absolutely not. We believe in empowering your creativity and business needs regardless of your budget, so we have eliminated minimum order requirements. Whether you are placing a small order or a large one, we welcome all sizes without constraints on quantity or total amount. For larger orders we offer discounts and shipping deals.
Our website displays the total cost for all items up to 2,000 units. There are no additional charges beyond what we display during the ordering process, aside from tax and shipping cost if applicable. For orders over 2,000 units please contact our sales team at quote@rodinkprinting.com.
We offer two ways to place your order. Use custom image to DTF transfer ordering if you prefer to upload individual designs and select specific sizes — you choose your size, then upload each design. Or arrange your designs yourself on a single print-ready gang sheet and upload that.
Interested in using a pre-designed gang sheet file? Choose your sheet size and upload it. Before uploading, we recommend watching our instructional video on sheet creation, which includes all the necessary template requirements.
We accept JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PDF, AI, SVG, TIFF and PSD file types.
We will send you a digital proof with cutlines and final artwork for you to approve before you confirm your order for printing.
Yes, you can place a sample order with us. We recommend samples for designs with more complicated artwork, or if you are highly particular about colours.
Once your order is placed, changes can only be made if the printing process has not started. Please contact customer service immediately with the details of your order if you need to make adjustments.
